I'm Zannie, a skilled bodyworker based in Denver with a passion for holistic healing. I am a Licensed Massage Therapist, Trauma Touch Therapist, Kundalini Yoga Instructor and specialize in hospice care. I have a private practice in Denver and provide mobile massage services all over the Front Range, bringing therapeutic care to my clients wherever they are. Alongside my thriving private practice, I teach at the Colorado School of Healing Arts, where I share my expertise with aspiring massage therapists.

At the Drala Mountain Center, I integrate physical, emotional, and spiritual healing through yoga instruction and massage therapy, offering comprehensive care to all my clients. I frequently travel there on weekends to provide massage therapy to retreat participants and have also hosted my own yoga retreats at the center.

As a registered nurse since 2010, I specialized in hospice care, bringing extensive medical knowledge and compassionate care to my practice. My background in nursing, particularly in hospice, enhances my ability to provide holistic support. I later transitioned to working in hospice as a massage therapist, further deepening my commitment to this field.

In 2020, my journey with yoga deepened profoundly when I trained intensively in the Kundalini tradition at the Soul of Yoga (SOY) in California under Dr. Dana Reece's expert guidance.

Currently, I work remotely as a Program Support Specialist for SOY's esteemed teacher training program. This role allows me to blend my professional skills with my passion for yoga. I frequently return to California for in-person teacher training sessions, staying connected with the vibrant SOY community.

I'm also an active member of Aquarian Souls, a Kundalini community in La Jolla, CA. Here, I continue to expand my knowledge and practice under the mentorship of Guru Amrit. My dedication to the Kundalini tradition and commitment to personal growth and community support are at the heart of my yoga journey.

When I'm not working or practicing yoga, I enjoy immersing myself in nature, exploring new spiritual practices, and connecting with like-minded individuals who share my passion for holistic well-being.
