Come ignite your fire within and discover more of your passion and core fire to move forward in your life with self discovery,  breathwork, meditation, journaling and relaxation to the frequencies and sounds of the tibetan and crystal bowls, gong, drum and other instruments. 

Please bring your yoga mat, blanket, pillow, eye pillow, water, journal and anything else that will make you feel comfortable and cozy. Please wear loose and comfortable clothing and no perfumes or strong scents please.
